N. Luna Tülay Okan is a versatile professional originating from Mersin, Turkey, whose distinguished career seamlessly integrates art with personal development.
She is recognised for her multifaceted expertise as an artist, art educator, numerologist, and research author.
Okan holds both a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Art from Mersin University.
Her master’s dissertation was titled "Changing Reality in Modern Art".
Her artistic prowess is evidenced by eight solo exhibitions, each characterised by her unique style and an eclectic, multi-thought foundation:

Beyond her artistic endeavours, she possesses significant experience in art education for young people, including leadership roles in international youth development programmes. During the time between 2003 and 2017 when Okan worked as an art instructor at Tarsus American College and Tarsus SEV Schools, she led and coordinated one of such programs, the International Youth Award (The Duke of Edinburgh's Award).
In 2015, she created a mystical jewelry collection under the brand “Algebra”.
She then settled in Cyprus and in 2025 authored a book titled:
